Geriatric & Pediatric care includes services for disease management and therapies that will take you or a loved one through the process of recovery and healing.

Chronic Disease Management, Fall prevention and Safety, Medications Management, Acute Care Nursing, Home Exercise Program, Rehabilitative Therapies, Swallowing Exercises, Dysphagia and Dysphasia treatments, Functional exercise, and High tech nursing care such as wound care, intravenous therapies, and equipment management and safety.

Skilled Care is care given when you need skilled nursing or rehabilitation staff to manage, observe, and evaluate your care. Nursing care that is provided by licensed Nursing staff, physical therapy provided by licensed therapy staff, occupational therapy provided by licensed therapy staff, and speech therapy provided by licensed speech therapists are considered skilled care by Medicare and most other insurance carriers. Skilled care services require a physician’s order to get started. While you are receiving, skilled care services a physician must provide oversight of the plan of care. Skilled care services can be paid for through the primary insurance such as Medicare, Veterans administration, care centrix, and may also be paid for privately by the patient. If the insurance is paying for skilled care services all the criteria for reimbursement must be met for the insurance to pay for such services.
